Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored for commercial real estate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to maximize property exposure.
- Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations, market conditions, and digital marketing best practices.
- Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years Real Estate sales experience
- Good knowledge of Google ads, Meta ads, and Google analytics
- 1+ years work experience in the digital marketing and/or general marketing fields
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
