Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Broker to lead high-value transactions, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The Senior Broker will oversee the end-to-end sales process, from sourcing and qualifying clients to negotiating and closing deals. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to mentor junior brokers or agents.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Origination & Sales
Source and manage high-value clients (buyers, sellers, or investors).
Structure, negotiate, and close transactions with a minimum deal size of $50,000+.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal frameworks.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and corporate clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
Manage confidentiality and off-market deal processes.
Team Leadership
Mentor junior brokers and agents, guiding them through sales funnels and negotiations.
Share market knowledge, best practices, and performance insights.
Lead by example to uphold the company’s brand reputation and standards.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor regional and global market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present market updates, valuations, and competitor analyses.
Contribute to business development initiatives and growth strategies.
Operational Support
Coordinate with marketing, accounting, and operations teams for seamless deal execution.
Maintain accurate records in the company CRM (Zoho/FreshSales).
Ensure timely reporting of KPIs and sales performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 5–7 years of proven brokerage/sales experience in high-ticket industries (marine, real estate, aviation, luxury goods, or finance).
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).
Ability to build trust and credibility with HNW and institutional clients.
Strong analytical, presentation, and market research abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, FreshSales, Salesforce, etc.) and digital communication tools.
