- NOW HIRING: Remote Acquisitions Closer – $4K–$6K+/mo | Leadership Track
- Looking for a rockstar Remote Acquisitions Lead with 2+ years experience closing U.S. wholesale deals.
We’re offering $3,000–$7,000+ USD/month in commissions, leadership opportunities, and no ceiling.
Must speak perfect English, thrive in high-volume environments, and want to scale into a leadership role.
This is a premium overseas position — not entry-level. We are paying US Compensation for a top of the line overseas Acquisition Rep and or Lead. - Who We Are
- We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment company acquiring off-market properties in high-growth markets.
We run lean, data-driven systems and are aggressively scaling. - What You’ll Be Doing
- Take live seller leads from our cold callers + CRM
- Build rapport with distressed homeowners
- Run comps, analyze deals, and negotiate win-win contracts
- Submit 2–5 offers/day and follow up like a pro
- Use REsimpli, Podio, BatchLeads, PropStream, etc.
- Track KPIs and optimize for contracts signed per week
- Grow into a team lead role as we scale the acquisitions team

- 2+ years U.S. wholesaling (Acquisitions/Dispo)
- Neutral English accent + confident phone presence
- Call recordings or deal history required
- Full-time availability during U.S. hours (Eastern/Central)
- Knows how to comp, set anchors, and close over the phone
- Has a quiet workspace + reliable internet
- Compensation
- Base: $500–$1,500/month (based on experience)
- Commission: 3%–10% of net assignment
- Target: Close 5+ deals/month = $4,000–$7,000+ USD/month
- Bonus structure + team leadership path within 90–180 days
