Job Description

  • Leading the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets through guiding and training the team, monitoring performance, and ensuring a professional sales experience for potential clients, with a focus on marketing and selling accounting software

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar supervisory sales role (preferably in software or tech solutions).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in the field of accounting or business software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques, pipelines, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide guidance to improve results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions for sales representatives.
  • Ability to handle client objections and support the team in closing deals.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
