Real Estate Telemarketer - Remote Position (Egypt)

Company Overview

We are a growing real estate brokerage based in Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a dedicated telemarketer to join our team remotely.

Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Telemarketer to conduct cold calling campaigns targeting expired listings and circle prospecting opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel at one-call closes, converting prospects into listing appointments during the initial contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to expired listings and circle prospecting leads
• Convert prospects into listing appointments through one-call close techniques
• Schedule and input appointments directly into Follow Up Boss CRM
• Maintain accurate records of all call activities and outcomes
• Work efficiently with Enzo Dialer system for optimal call productivity
• Report directly to the Broker

Target Markets

• Expired listings
• Circle prospecting opportunities
• Property owners in the Atlanta, GA market

Required Qualifications

• Excellent English proficiency with little to no accent (mandatory)
• Strong cold calling and phone sales experience
• Ability to work 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (full-time schedule)
• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
• Experience with auto-dialing systems (Enzo Dialer preferred)
• Real estate telemarketing experience preferred but not required
• Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 EGP per month
• Performance Bonus: 2,500 EGP per successful listing appointment secured
• Growth Opportunity: Salary increases based on loyalty and performance

Work Schedule

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
• Remote work from Egypt
