The Role – Inbound Sales Producer

As an Inbound Sales Producer, you will be the first point of contact for individuals eager to transform their lives. Your mission is to guide them through our sales journey with clarity, empathy, and purpose. You’ll help them understand our offerings, select the right plan, and take confident steps toward becoming purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

You won’t be dialing into the void. Our marketing engine delivers a steady stream of qualified leads—people actively seeking transformation. Your role is to connect, listen, and guide them toward our flagship ‘Passion To Profit’ program.

This isn’t about scripts. It’s about soulful conversations that spark action.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Achieve Monthly Targets: Enroll 30 new clients monthly by conducting ~10 meaningful conversations daily.
• Guide Sales Conversations: Help prospects navigate our various sales plans, explaining benefits and tailoring recommendations to their goals.
• Authentic Connection: Build trust and rapport through empathy, insight, and tailored guidance.
• Track & Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Coaching Teams: Share feedback and insights to improve messaging and customer experience.
