Remote Appointment Setter (Real Estate – USA-Based)

Matt O’Neill Real Estate is a top U.S. real estate company, growing fast and looking to expand our international remote team. We're hiring skilled phone sales professionals in Egypt who are confident communicators and hungry for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively call homeowners in the U.S. (100+ calls/day)
• Build trust quickly, ask smart questions, and book appointments
• Use proven scripts and real conversations—not robotic sales
• Partner with our U.S.-based sales team to close deals

This Role Is Not:

• Passive or reactive customer service
• Script-reading with no strategy
• Waiting for inbound calls

This Role Is:

• High-energy outbound calling
• Qualifying and converting leads
• Performance-based with real earnings potential

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent or native-level English speaker with a neutral or Americanized accent
• Minimum 1 year phone sales experience (cold calling or appointment setting)
• Available 40+ hours/week during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Tech-savvy: Familiar with Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar, Sheets, and CRM systems
• Own a modern computer, quality headset, and have reliable electricity + internet

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $8.75+/hour
• Bonuses: Average total earnings of $10–$13+/hour
