Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in regular sales training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or inside sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools.
