Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Manager
Location: Remote – Based in Egypt

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonuses (USD)

We use advanced genealogy and title research to resolve ownership and legal barriers, unlocking hidden value in distressed real estate. We’re building a high-performance, remote team to scale our acquisitions nationwide.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and resourceful Acquisitions Manager to join our remote team from Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, property acquisitions, and negotiations. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting seller leads into profitable acquisitions. Many of these sellers are heirs or fractional owners of properties with title complications, requiring patience, empathy, and persistence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up with seller leads via phone, SMS, and email.
Build trust with potential sellers, especially heirs and distressed owners.
Qualify leads and make competitive offers based on property conditions and ownership status.
Negotiate and close purchase agreements with full or partial owners.
Use CRM software (Podio or Follow Up Boss) to manage pipeline and daily activities.
Coordinate with our title, legal, and operations teams to ensure a clean path to closing.
Review skip tracing results and genealogy/title reports to guide seller outreach.
Meet or exceed KPIs: daily dials, offers made, contracts signed, and deals closed.
Requirements:
Fluent, near-native English is required – both spoken and written.
Must have a clear, confident, and professional phone voice with neutral or Americanized accent preferred.
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or high-ticket phone sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated with strong follow-through and a hunger to close deals.
Ability to work U.S. business hours (Central or Eastern Time zone).
Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with U.S. distressed property, tax sales, probate, or title issues.
Prior remote work experience with U.S.-based real estate teams.
Familiarity with Podio, Follow Up Boss, and skip tracing tools.
