Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can architect, execute, and optimize our end‑to‑end marketing strategy. You will be the first hire on our dedicated marketing leadership track, reporting directly to the CEO. Your mission is to build a high‑performing team, craft impactful campaigns, and position NutriMedicine Group as the go‑to brand in holistic healthcare and education.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
• Develop and own the global marketing roadmap aligned with revenue and brand‑equity goals.
• Translate high‑level objectives into actionable quarterly and weekly sprint plans.
Team Building & Vendor Management
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor in‑house specialists (content, performance, social, design).
• Source and manage external agencies or freelancers when specialized skills are required.
• Establish KPIs and instill a data‑driven, growth‑mindset culture across the team.
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
• Launch multi‑channel campaigns (paid search & social, email, affiliates, webinars) that drive qualified traffic and conversions for our clinics, marketplace, and academy.
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV at each stage of the funnel.
Brand & Content Excellence
• Shape a unified brand narrative that resonates across geographic markets and business units.
• Oversee the creation of high‑impact assets—landing pages, thought‑leadership pieces, video explainers, podcast appearances, PR placements, and more.
Product Marketing & GTM
• Partner with Product and Academy leaders to orchestrate successful launches, promotions, and seasonal enrollment pushes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and pricing.
Marketing Ops & Analytics
• Implement a modern MarTech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and ensure clean attribution.
• Produce dashboards and executive reports that surface insights and guide decision‑making.
Innovation & Trend Spotting
• Stay ahead of industry trends, AI content, community marketing, influencer collaborations, and pilot new initiatives quickly.
What Success Looks Like
12‑month revenue growth exceeds forecast across all business units.
Marketing contribution to sales pipeline is measured, predictable, and increasing quarter‑over‑quarter.
A cohesive brand identity is visible across all touchpoints, earning top‑of‑mind awareness in our category.
A capable, agile marketing team is in place, with clear ownership and career progression plans.
Job Requirements
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Core Qualifications
7+ years of progressive marketing leadership—at least 3 years heading multi‑channel campaigns or a full marketing department.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent post‑grad certification is a strong asset).
Fluent professional English (written & spoken); working Arabic highly desirable.
Based in Egypt with a reliable high‑speed internet connection and the ability to collaborate across time zones (4–6 hours daily overlap with North American Eastern Time).
