Job Description
- Strategic Planning and Brand Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for assigned pharmaceutical product lines, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Define unique product positioning and branding strategies to enhance market visibility and differentiation.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Product Launch and Campaign Management:
- Lead and manage the successful launch of new pharmaceutical products from conceptual stages through their life cycles.
- Develop and oversee promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, medical conferences, etc.) targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing activities, materials, and messages strictly comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies (e.g., Promotional Review Committee - PRC).
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, research and development (R&D), finance, and legal to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and training to other departments as needed.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenditure.
- Achieve target sales and expense objectives for respective products.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, patient support groups, and external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR).
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, sales data, and market trends to derive actionable insights.
- Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI, making recommendations for improvements.
- Sales Force Support:
- Support sales teams with necessary tools, training materials, and product knowledge to maximize product performance.
- Conduct regular fieldwork with sales representatives to monitor marketing plan implementation and gather market intelligence.
- Innovation and Market Adaptation:
- Proactively identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Explore and implement innovative marketing approaches, including digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, AI, marketing automation).
Job Requirements
