Job Description

The Role:

Crucial in scaling our user base and optimizing our marketing spend. Will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and a deep understanding of Egyptian and the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads,, SnapChat, and Tiktok, affiliate marketing).
  • Define clear KPIs, set ambitious targets, and forecast performance to align with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in the online recruitment space.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal performance across all campaigns.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of paid acquisition campaigns, from keyword research and audience targeting to ad copy creation and landing page optimization.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and increase LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data, attribution models) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide regular, insightful reports to senior management on key metrics, trends, and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize performance data and facilitate real-time decision-making.
  • Building and utilizing UTM parameters to track campaign performance and measure ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and content teams to ensure a cohesive user journey and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay informed about product updates and features to leverage them in marketing campaigns effectively.

Job Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
  • Proven experience working within tech startups or fast-paced, agile environments, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • Extensive experience in the GCC market is essential, with a deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proven experience in building and optimizing landing pages to drive conversions and ensure accurate tracking of user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Experience in the online recruitment or HR tech industry.
  • Familiar with emerging AI tools for generating ad copy and video content.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
