Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Media buyer and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and enhance our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies, combined with strong analytical skills. This role will be crucial in developing effective campaigns that drive traffic, improve brand awareness, and generate leads across various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.


Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
 

Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms; derive insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.


Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality digital content that resonates with target audiences and enhances the brand's online presence.


SEO and SEM: Lead on-site and off-site SEO initiatives and manage search engine marketing efforts to increase organic visibility and paid search performance.


Social Media Leadership: Develop and manage social media strategies that drive engagement and promote brand loyalty across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.


Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with existing customers effectively.


Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.


Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on expenditures and ROI for all campaigns.


Industry Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive advantage and best practices.


 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.


Skills:

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC management tools).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English and Arabic), with the ability to create compelling narratives for digital platforms.


Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior team members.
