Job Purpose:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns focused on promoting real estate properties and services. - - Drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through multi-channel digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies targeting property buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Optimize website SEO and enhance user experience to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee content creation and management for website, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and client retention.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials, including videos, virtual tours, and infographics.
- Monitor competitor marketing activities and market trends in the real estate sector.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts with offline campaigns and events (property launches, open houses).
- Maintain and update databases to track leads and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong command of English.
