Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Digital Marketer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts across social media, website content, and online advertising channels. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.
1. Content Creation & SEO
- Develop and publish engaging, high-quality content across website and social media platforms aligned with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers to create multimedia content (articles, videos, carousels).
- Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into content strategy to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand's presence across key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube).
- Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
3. Digital Advertising
- Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Set and manage budgets to ensure high ROI and campaign performance.
- A/B test creatives and copy to improve performance metrics.
4. Traffic & Performance Analysis
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to analyze web and campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably Real estate environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
