Job Description
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote company products and brand awareness.
- Identify, contact, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop PR strategies to increase brand visibility in target markets.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer and PR initiatives into broader marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in Agriculture industry.
- Strong network or ability to build relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic understanding of PR strategies and online brand management.
