Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across different platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads if needed).
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with paid advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Ability to create and manage content calendars and marketing plans.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
