Job Description

The ideal candidate will support our advertising sales efforts while gaining hands-on experience in media planning and buying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising goals and develop tailored ad solutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with advertisers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Support media buying activities, including navigating ad platforms, audience targeting options, campaign performance, and provide insights to improve results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital advertising platforms, and competitor activitie
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including search, display, and social media.
- Plan, execute, and manage media buying strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends in digital marketing.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
- Utilize analytics tools to track conversions, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and media buying trends, tools, and best practices.
- Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing and digital advertising concepts.
