Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and the most effective media platforms for campaigns.
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space, ensuring cost-effective deals and optimal ad placements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop cohesive and impactful advertising campaigns.
- Manage budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns remain within allocated financial parameters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to inform media buying decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Oversee the trafficking and scheduling of ads to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare detailed post-campaign analysis and present findings to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
