Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer to lead and optimize our paid media strategies with a focus on student recruitment, brand awareness, and online presence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels and preferably comes with experience in the education industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven media buying strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.) to generate quality student leads and boost online visibility.
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and content teams to align campaigns with enrollment goals and seasonal academic cycles.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ad platform changes, and competitor strategies in the higher education sector.
Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors, agencies, and technology partners when required.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for advanced event tracking, data analysis, and performance optimization.
Train and mentor junior team members on performance marketing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5–7 years of hands-on performance media buying experience, preferably with a focus on education or student recruitment.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, and programmatic platforms.
Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)).
