Position: Senior Performance Media Buyer (Meta & Google)

Now, we’re looking for a top 1% Media Buyer who thinks like a strategist, acts like an operator, and delivers results.
Who We're Looking For
This isn’t a junior execution role.
We want someone who understands funnel architecture, data-driven testing, creative strategy, and how to take a business from $10k/mo to $200k+/mo — not just by optimizing campaigns, but by owning the growth function with a team of CRO, strategists, and creatives supporting you.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client acquisition systems for DTC brands & service businesses across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Develop media buying strategies aligned with the brand’s goals, audience, and funnel stage.
- Build and manage campaign structures across TOF, MOF, and BOF with creative testing loops.
- Collaborate with strategists, CRO specialists, and creative teams to implement full-funnel campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize performance for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, MER and AOV depending on business goals.
- Report performance clearly and strategically using custom dashboards or internal templates.
- Identify and communicate winning insights from creatives, audiences, placements, and offers.
- Plan and execute scaling strategies — you’ll be trusted to decide when and how to scale.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the internal team and CSM on progress, pivots, and needs.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in media buying (preferably Meta & Google) with proven results in DTC or performance-led service businesses
- Experience working with brands between $10k–$200k/mo revenue
- Ability to build campaign structures, test creatives, and optimize across all funnel stages
- Strong analytical skills — know how to read and manipulate performance data to extract insights
- Strategic thinker — understands that media buying is part of the funnel, not the whole funnel
- Understanding of creative strategy, hooks, messaging, angles, and how to work with designers or UGC creators
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Events Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GoHighLevel, etc.
- Ability to build out launch plans, forecasts, and explain the “why” behind the decisions
- Fluent in English — clear written and spoken communication is essential
- No ego — we want team players, not lone wolves
- Hungry, obsessed with growth (personal and business), and ready to be part of a bigger vision
Bonus (Not Required)
- CRO experience or collaboration with CRO teams
- Background in creative direction or scripting UGC
- Experience running YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snap Ads
- Worked in or with high-growth agencies or DTC brands
- Familiarity with OKRs or growth frameworks
