Job Description

● Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital media buying strategies across multiple platforms including social, search, and programmatic channels.

● Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting to ensure delivery against client objectives and KPIs.

● Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI.

● Negotiate rates, placements, and partnerships with media vendors and platforms to secure the best value for clients.

● Collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and analytics specialists to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

● Oversee budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient spend and achievement of campaign goals.

● Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

● Mentor and support junior media buyers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development within the team.

● Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations, platform policies, and brand safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

● Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or a related field.

● Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across major digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic DSPs).

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.

● Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management.

● Experience with campaign management tools and analytics platforms.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

● Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.

● Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

● Adaptability to evolving digital landscapes and emerging advertising technologies.
