Job Requirements
● Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or a related field.
● Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across major digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic DSPs).
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
● Experience with campaign management tools and analytics platforms.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
