Job Description
- Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and Google Maps.
- Define target audiences, set campaign budgets, and continuously optimize performance to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor campaigns daily, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ads are approved and performing effectively.
- Manage social media pages by scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and handling comments/messages.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Preferred: Basic design skills using Photoshop and Illustrator.
