Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to various departments within the organization.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company’s operations.
  • Advise management on potential legal risks and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate exposure.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with external parties and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely updates to internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure legal alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on legal topics, compliance, and best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and compliance programs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal records, case files, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
