Job Description
Request Handling: Receive and follow up on legal service requests from other departments and respond to their inquiries.
Work Allocation: Distribute incoming tasks from other departments to Legal Affairs staff according to the required specialization.
Request Preparation: Draft, prepare, and finalize requests, memos, and submissions, and present them for approval.
File Management: Maintain and organize paper and electronic files in their designated locations to ensure quick and easy retrieval when needed.
Reporting: Collect, record, and archive data related to departmental activities, and prepare comprehensive reports on updates as required.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
