Job Description
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts to be concluded with partners.
- Provide day-to-day comprehensive legal advice to the operation team and the Country Director, covering various aspects of Egyptian law.
- Analysis of legal documentation for important tenders in order to identify the main legal risks and opportunities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in coordination with sales, technical, and financial teams, covering a wide range of business activities.
- Coordination with external counsels.
- Provide legal advice to operation teams during the execution of the contracts in collaboration with the Contract Manager in charge of the project, as well as review or draft the legal aspects of claims.
- Offer support and guidance to the HR department concerning legal matters related to labor and employment.
- Ensure all assigned legal matters are managed in a timely and appropriate manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Law Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
