Job Description
- Provide legal advice and guidance on all real estate development projects, contracts, and transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents (sales contracts, lease agreements, supplier contracts, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with real estate, corporate, labor, and commercial laws, as well as company policies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations with external parties.
- Manage and coordinate with external law firms when required
- Monitor legal risks in real estate transactions and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
- Advise management on changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
- Supervise the legal department team and provide training or support as needed.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and records.
- Handle corporate governance matters, including licenses, permits, and company registrations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a legal affairs Manager, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate, corporate, and commercial laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
