Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives across offline and retail touchpoints. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, driving showroom footfall, and supporting retail performance through strategic campaigns, activations, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate should bring a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the retail and furniture industry, with hands-on experience in both traditional marketing and in-store experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement offline marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and support retail sales targets.
• Lead the execution of in-store branding, visual merchandising support, seasonal activations, and showroom experience enhancements.
• Manage the planning and rollout of retail campaigns and local market initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
• Organize and execute events such as exhibitions, trade shows, showroom openings, and community activations.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, POS displays, and signage.
• Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and printing houses to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Monitor and report on offline campaign effectiveness, competitor activities, and shopper insights to optimize future planning.
• Ensure brand consistency across all physical and retail marketing channels.
• Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams when needed to ensure alignment in omni-channel retail campaigns.

Job Requirements
- Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in offline or retail marketing.
• Previous experience in retail, furniture, home décor, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Solid background in event planning, showroom activations, and print production.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in physical retail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
