Job Description
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients, focusing on paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to design compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track user behavior and campaign outcomes.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and brand guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- Expertise in managing paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and display campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
