Job Description
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance daily and analyze results to meet KPIs (Leads, Conversions, Sales).
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative testing, and advanced targeting strategies
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the highest possible return on ad spend (ROAS).
Prepare accurate performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on platform changes, digital marketing trends, and new advertising tools.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad materials with campaign objectives.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing campaigns in E-commerce and lead Genre anion.
Familiarity with tracking tools (Meda, Google Tag Manager, CAPI ).
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
