Job Description

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Handle all after-sales support and inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Generate medium to large-scale sales leads and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver customized product and service presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals.

Account Operations & Support:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Coordination, Marketing, Projects, Customer Service, and Warehouse) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Track and manage product replenishments, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze backlog status and contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.
  • Ensure product displays, marketing materials, and promotional offers are effectively implemented in client showrooms and retail spaces.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and account growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to maintain and enhance service quality.

Strategic Planning & Coordination:

  • Organize and manage annual business trips, client retreats, and other account-related events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted at key accounts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure mutual business success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in CRM systems and sales software tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving customer challenges.
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and showroom visits.
