Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Vendor Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying, onboarding, and supporting vendors (suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors) across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You’ll be the face of Souqpress for our vendors and play a critical role in building long-term strategic partnerships that fuel our platform’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential vendors in the printing sector.
  • Educate vendors on the value of Souqpress and present tailored subscription or commission-based partnership models.
  • Onboard new vendors, ensuring their profiles and product catalogs are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with vendors to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Collect and organize vendor data including product lists, pricing, specs, and promotional materials.
  • Track vendor engagement, follow up regularly on renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure vendors are supported and their offerings are promoted.
  • Provide feedback from vendors to improve platform features and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or vendor relations.
  • Familiarity with the printing industry, machinery, or consumables is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in or with the Saudi / GCC market is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally to meet vendors when necessary.
  • Arabic & English (spoken and written) is required.

Skills & Tools

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • CRM tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Task/project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • WhatsApp Business & email follow-up systems.
  • Familiarity with catalog and product data management is a plus.
