Sourcing new suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for liaising with vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess market intelligence, commodity trends, and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Proficiency with procurement software (like SAP or Oracle) and general office suites (like Microsoft Office) is expected.
Experience managing supplier relationships and ensuring vendor compliance is a key requirement.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines is essential for success.
The ability to identify and evaluate potential suppliers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks in the procurement process, such as supplier issues or market volatility.
