3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and compare supplier offers and contracts.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
