Job Description
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Organize all technical documentation including drawings, data sheets, technical submittals, and material specifications.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Prepare and format reports, project documents, and correspondence for the technical and engineering teams.
- Support engineers in compiling technical offers, BOQs, and project documentation packages.
- Update and track project timelines, material requests, and internal follow-up sheets.
- Coordinate with other departments (production, procurement, sales) to gather necessary technical data and ensure document flow.
- Assist in preparing documentation for FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and project handover.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all project-related records.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Track revisions of technical drawings and ensure the latest versions are distributed and archived correctly.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
- Familiarity with project documentation systems and tools.
- Good to very good command of English language, especially in reading and writing technical content.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good coordination with cross-functional teams including technical, procurement, and production departments.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking skills & interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fixable to work at 10th of Ramadan site.
