We're Hiring: Fluent English Procurement Specialist - Agent for USA Market

What You'll Do:
- Communicate with car dealers via phone. It's an English-speaking environment and where you'll be handling purchase of cars from North America.
- Get informations about products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience and represent the company professionally.
- Perform data entry across various platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- Native or Native-like Fluency in English is mandatory "C2 Level proficiency"
- Graduates, gap year students, or dropouts.
- Residents of Cairo.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in English call centers is a plus.
