Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Analyze market trends to identify potential vendors and alternative products.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
