Job Description
- Handle the full procurement cycle including identifying needs, requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, import regulations, and international trade laws.
- Review and verify procurement documents such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor invoices.
- Follow up on shipment schedules and resolve any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or shortages.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to support smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, delivery times, and supplier performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, global trade updates, and changes in import/export regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage procurement documentation effectively.
- Familiarity with MTs, Incoterms, NAZFA, HS codes, and import clearance procedures is required.
