Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients in the networking and infrastructure sector.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive sales of networking solutions, including wireless, switching, cloud-managed, and enterprise-grade products.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategy and positioning.
- Provide regular forecasts, reports, and business reviews to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in IT networking or B2B technology distribution.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking solutions (LAN/WAN, Wireless, Switching, Cloud-managed infrastructure).
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Based in or willing to work from New Cairo.
