Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Sales Account Manager position located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Software Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions for customers, and analyze sales data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions for customers
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and develop effective strategic sales plans
- Negotiation skills to drive contract negotiations to closure
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
