Job Description
- Manage and grow client accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Promote a wide range of IT products and solutions, with a focus on audio video solutions and call center headsets
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with presales engineers to develop and present solutions and Issue price quotes,
- Understand and navigate the sales cycle, tenders, and bid offers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate leads and maintain communication with clients
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in IT field and systems integration
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions, including UC solutions and Headsets
- Strong customer satisfaction, account management, and customer service skills
- Lead generation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of systems integration .
- Experience working with presales engineers and familiarity with issuing price quotes.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer science or a related field
