Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic BTL and Events agency. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients, overseeing the end-to-end management of on-ground activations, brand experiences, events, and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution and measurable impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their strategic partner and day-to-day contact.
- Lead the development and delivery of BTL campaigns, including product activations, retail promotions, corporate events, exhibitions, and sampling campaigns.
- Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, coordinating with creative, production, operations, and finance teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals with precision and accountability.
- Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring brand guidelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, post-activation reports, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts, upsell services, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry innovations to inform strategy and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and smooth internal workflow for each project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a BTL, experiential marketing, or events agency environment (MUST)
- Proven track record in managing client accounts and delivering successful activations or events.
- Strong understanding of production logistics, event planning, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel and be on-site during events as needed.
