Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing
relationships with both existing and new clients. The role involves acting as
the primary point of contact between the client and the production team to
ensure smooth operations, satisfaction, and successful project delivery. The
Account Manager will be expected to manage client expectations, track the
progress of projects, and resolve issues as they arise, all while aligning with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication and Relationship Management:
o Maintain daily communication with clients to clearly understand
their needs and ensure accurate documentation of their
requirements.
o Serve as the key point of contact between clients and internal
teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
o Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure
continued collaboration and satisfaction.
o Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring
their needs are met without conflicting with company policies. - Project Coordination:
o Coordinate and collaborate with the production team (e.g., video
editors, designers) to ensure projects are completed on time,
within scope, and with the desired quality.
o Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment
with the client’s requirements and timelines.
o Regularly update clients on project progress and address any
challenges that may arise.
o Ensure timely delivery of projects, with all revisions completed
within the agreed-upon timeframes as per the company’s
policies. - Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
o Prepare and share monthly reports with the management team
on project status, client satisfaction, and overall performance.
o Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to
enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. - Problem Resolution:
o Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
between the client and the internal team.
o Troubleshoot project-related challenges and provide effective
solutions in a timely manner. - Work Process and Expectations:
The Account Manager will oversee client projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the client's
specifications and deadlines.
They will coordinate with the production team daily to ensure efficient
workflow and timely delivery of services.
The Account Manager will manage the project timelines and ensure
that the team has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality work.
They will ensure that the company's policies on project revisions,
delivery times, and client interactions are adhered to.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in advertising field and Media Productions.
- English Level : Very Good.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Strong Presentation skills.
