Job Description

1. Account Management & Relationship Building
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with distribution partners and key accounts.
Serve as the primary contact for all distributor-related inquiries and issues.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
2. Sales Growth & Target Achievement
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor distributor sales performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned regions or accounts.
3. Market & Product Management
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and product launches.
Provide distributors with necessary product training and market insights.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
4. Operations & Coordination
Ensure timely order processing, stock replenishment, and inventory management with distributors.
Work closely with the supply chain team to maintain product availability and minimize stock outs.
Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and compliance with company policies.
 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries.
Proven track record in distributor management and sales growth.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with premium or luxury cosmetic brands.
Strong understanding of retail distribution channels in the beauty industry.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
