Job Description
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints, ensure satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Implement promotional strategies, monitor sales performance, and adjust tactics to meet goals.
- Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching for staff development.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales within food and beverage or FMCG sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with product shelf-life, and distribution logistics.\
- Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, especially with retailers and distributors.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns
