Job Description
Branch Management
Implement and apply the company’s general policies in branch management.
Supervise the branch team and provide guidance to enhance overall performance.
Sales & Targets
Achieve the monthly sales targets for tires and services.
Improve both internal and external sales through full market coverage of the branch’s sales area.
Prepare and submit reports on lost sales with reasons to ensure product availability.
Customer Service
Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers and corporate clients by registering new customers in the database.
Ensure high-quality customer service and proper reception by branch staff.
Handle customer complaints seriously and report them to the head office according to the Customer Service Department guidelines (15880).
Stock & Showroom Management
Monitor stock levels and request sufficient quantities based on sales and inventory analysis.
Oversee the branch’s external and internal appearance, including signage, product display, cleanliness, and service bays.
Reporting & Market Insights
Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports on:
Market and competitors’ activities.
New tire patterns and brands appearing on newly launched vehicles to support future sales.
Submit monthly reports to the Branches Manager outlining the showroom’s requirements to achieve sales targets.
Meetings & Team Coordination
Conduct daily staff meetings to distribute tasks, provide updates, and share work-related observations.
Prepare and participate in monthly meetings with the Branches Manager to review performance and requirements.
