Job Description
- Managing the CEO's and board members calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and other relevant events.
- Coordinate between departments and the CEO.
- Schedules and attends meetings (as assigned), writing minutes of meeting and follow up on the action plan.
- Receive and screen phone calls and direct them when appropriate.
- Coordinate and complete all the events or any business travel or conferences, whether travel tickets, accommodation, clothing, etc.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinating with other departments for activities and operations reports.
- Responsible for cleaning and buffet staff.
- Maintain good relationship with existing and new clients.
- Any other tasks may assign due to business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field preferably
- Not less than 5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive secretary
- Gender: Female
- Presentable
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- V. good Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
