Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the dental center.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment by assisting with event planning and team-building activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Bachelor's of Accounting is a must 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
