Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the dental center.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
- Contribute to a positive office environment by assisting with event planning and team-building activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Bachelor's of Accounting is a must
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
