Job Description
- This role requires frequent travel (up to 50–70%) domestically. depending on business needs.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings, including agenda setting and minute taking.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the CEO.
- Support project management activities and track progress on key initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Organize and coordinate business travel, including visa arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform additional administrative and office management tasks as required to ensure smooth executive operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Willingness to work on-site as required by the office arrangement.
