Support the CEO in evaluating the financial feasibility and economic impact of new projects through detailed cost-benefit analysis.
Analyze the financial impact of technical and engineering decisions using tools like ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period.
Prepare feasibility studies and develop financial models for proposed engineering and investment projects.
Collect and analyze relevant data from engineering, finance, and operations departments to support decision-making.
Monitor the performance of ongoing projects and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Summarize complex data into clear reports and presentations for executive and board-level review.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure strategic alignment and support cross-functional initiatives.
Assist in developing strategic plans and policies to support company growth and operational goals.
Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO when required and follow up on key action items and decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in engineering economic analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and familiarity with Power BI or similar data analytics tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken (English).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information and work closely with top management.
Age between 27 and 35 years old.
